About the role
The Senior Product Manager, AI Gateway owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Gateway capabilities within Duck Creek’s Agentic AI Platform. This role defines how Duck Creek, customers, partners, and third-party services connect safely, consistently, and extensively across the AI ecosystem. The role translates complex AI platform, API, agent interoperability, security, governance, and customer value needs into clear product priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Insurance, Product Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical product management, platform services, software engineering, AI product management, platform-as-a-service, or related roles
- Experience owning complex platform, integration, developer, API, AI, or ecosystem product capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as product teams, engineering teams, architects, security teams, customer-facing teams, partners, and business stakeholders
- Experience translating ambiguous business and technical problems into product strategy, roadmap priorities, product requirements, release plans, and measurable outcomes
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced experience in a relevant field
