Manage and protect the founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve conflicts quickly.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer demos, and visits, including logistics, preparation, and follow-up.
Serve as a key point of contact between the founders and internal teams, customers, investors, and external partners.
Track action items and commitments, ensuring important follow-ups don't get lost.
