About the role
Dyne Therapeutics is focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases. We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), Pompe disease and multiple DMD mutations.
What they're looking for
- Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required , PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, PA, NP, or equivalent preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs, field medical leadership, Medical Education, training, learning and development, or related functions
- Demonstrated success designing , implementing , and measuring Medical Affairs or field medical training programs
- Experience supporting product launches and launch readiness initiatives in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions, including scientific exchange, medical communications, publications, congress strategy, advisory boards, insight generation, and field medical activities
