About the role
We are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to join our Corporate Development team and drive strategic growth through high-impact transactions. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of M&A deals - from target screening and due diligence to valuation analysis and integration planning - while preparing investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and the board. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Ideally 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated sell-side experience executing M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Strong financial, research, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
