About the role
EarnIn does not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third-party recruiting agencies in response to job postings. No fee will be paid to third parties who submit unsolicited candidates directly to our hiring managers or HR team.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology product company
- Strong product and design sense, built by shipping delightful and innovative products, you care as much about consistency and craft as you do about growth metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and move key metrics
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and make sound product decisions within technical constraints, especially around platform performance and design system architecture
- Deep user empathy and experience building products grounded in user needs
- Confidence building a rapid experimentation culture that accelerates learning and iteration
