The Corporate Counsel provides broad legal support across EasyPost, with a primary focus on corporate legal matters. This role will partner closely with business leaders across the company to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance, manage risk, and facilitate the company's growth and strategic initiatives. What they're looking for
- O Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- O Admission to and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- O 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful in-house experience required
- O Experience working at a technology company, preferably a mid-sized or larger organization with exposure to corporate governance and complex business operations
- O Experience with corporate governance, board matters, M&A due diligence, regulatory/SEC filings, equity plans, and general corporate matters
- O Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including revenue, vendor, and partnership agreements
