The Senior People Business Partner serves as a key HR partner to a business unit, handling employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning while coaching managers and resolving workplace issues. This role also combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations, overseeing leave of absence processes, compliance audits, and HRIS administration, and using data to inform decisions.

- o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
