About the role
Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. What they're looking for
- Strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit theory and hands-on experience developing high-reliability commercial or consumer products
- Understanding of low-speed signaling protocols (e.g. SPI, I2C, etc.)
- Skilled in circuit design and simulation using tools such as Altium Designer (or equivalent) and SPICE-like tools
- Understanding of the intricacies of component selection and layout optimization, balancing efficiency, thermal performance, and signal integrity
- Practical experience applying principles of Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, and Test to improve product quality, testability and yield throughout the design lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in board bring-up, Acceptance Testing, and Design Verification of PCBs, ensuring seamless transitions from prototype to production
