You thrive at the intersection of distributed systems and real-time data ingestion , turning the massive output of edge radar systems into structured, actionable intelligence.

- Distributed Systems: Deep experience in leading the design of resilient systems that can handle the bursty, high-frequency telemetry unique to radar systems while maintaining low-latency command-and-control loops
- Technical Leadership: Proven experience as a Tech Lead , moving between high-level system guidance and driving the implementation of complex backend services that support physical assets in the field
- Collaboration: A strong understanding of edge constraints. You understand how radar data is serialized and can lead the design of cloud schemas that account for intermittent connectivity and bandwidth limitations
- Results-Oriented Delivery: A clear history of driving technical teams to meet commitments and delivering customer-facing products in rapid R&D or aerospace/defense-adjacent environments
