About the role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to leaders across our Sales, Marketing, and International teams. This role provides comprehensive HR support, including organizational planning, employee relations, talent management, performance development, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years serving as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, or other professional services organizations
- Experience supporting international employees through Employers of Record (EORs) or multinational workforces preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
