About the role
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.

- Senior-engineer level experience in mechanical engineering design for electro-mechanical products, with deep understanding of thermal, electrical, and environmental considerations
- Knowledge of the mechanical considerations of PCB design and PCB packaging
- Ability to advise RF, Microwave, Digital & Antenna engineering teams on constraints (mechanical, environmental, thermal) & work to a production solution
- Advanced-to-expert level user of Solidworks
- Knowledge in implementing, interpreting and explaining ASME Y14.5 GD&T
- Knowledge in hand and computational analysis for modal, stress and thermal considerations
