What they're looking for
- 2 years of experience building and shipping software in a production environment
- Solid backend fundamentals and experience building with at least one programming language. We primarily use Go, so you should be excited to learn and work with Go as part of the role
- Comfort working with relational databases, and an understanding of how data flows through an application
- Some frontend experience with an interest in working across the stack. We use React and TypeScript, with a primary focus on backend development
- A strong sense of ownership. You’ve built and shipped something you’re proud of, and you care about what happens after it goes live
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new parts of the stack, infrastructure, observability, AI, or product, rather than staying within a fixed technical scope

You’ll be part of the EPD team and report directly to the Tech Lead. This is a hybrid role in Jakarta: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
