Own the product experience end-to-end working across the stack from context engineering, agent harness, memory system, tooling, etc. while considering impact on user experience
Excited to solve difficult and ambiguous product problems with a high degree of autonomy
Strong confidence in your intuition, product sense, and judgement
Thinks in terms of product experience and can figure out how to build it
Can scale across the entire stack
