About the role
Eight Sleep is looking for an Head of Amazon to own and scale Eight Sleep’s business on Amazon. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the Amazon channel, including sales targets, channel strategy, marketing initiatives, budget allocation, operational execution, merchandising, account management, and the day-to-day relationship with Amazon account representatives.

- Own the customer journey on Amazon and ensure product pages, storefront, imagery, copy, reviews, FAQs, comparison charts, and A+ content reflect Eight Sleep’s premium positioning
- Partner with brand, creative, and product marketing teams to brief and execute best-in-class Amazon content
- Ensure messaging is accurate, compelling, and consistent with Eight Sleep’s broader brand and product positioning
- Monitor competitive activity, pricing, merchandising strategies, customer reviews, and category trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Continuously test and optimize content to improve conversion and customer education
