What they're looking for
- Advanced scientific terminal degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) required
- Minimum of 8 years relevant Medical / Scientific experience and a minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Strong scientific knowledge and expertise in Oncology preferred
- Demonstrated functional and subject matter expertise in Medical Affairs strategy, activities, systems, and workflows
- Demonstrated experience and ability to assess, select, implement, and scale digital platforms, with AI & Digital Fluency
- Must be self-starter to stay informed about the rapidly evolving technology landscape and champion new opportunities for innovation and growth
