What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 10+ years within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Field Medical, Field Sales, Field Management, Operations Support or Marketing)
- OR a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated experience in project management is preferred
- Experience in managing interactions with cross-functional teams, client groups and key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Practical experience of data and analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven performance in earlier role
