What they're looking for
- •Advanced scientific terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years of experience in the pharma/ biotech industry
- • Previous experience managing field-based medical teams
- • Proven performance in earlier role
- • Experience managing field-based medical teams directly in a supervisory/leadership capacity preferred
- • Practical understanding of the FDA, OIG, HIPPA, PhRMA, and other international regulatory/ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
- • Oncology experience preferred
