What they're looking for
- Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, MS, MBA, or related discipline)
- Deep understanding of scientific education strategy and the healthcare professional engagement ecosystem
- Demonstrated knowledge of the scientific publisher landscape and third-party education platforms
- Proven understanding of channel use cases across MSL engagement, medical websites, webinars, congresses, CRM-enabled engagement, email, publishers, peer-to-peer education, and professional social platforms
- Subject matter expertise in omnichannel strategy, journey orchestration, personalization, and customer experience design
- Proven experience translating strategy into implementation through engagement models, governance, processes, and technology-enabled solutions
