- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience
- Proven experience in account management, health system engagement, or complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated understanding of IDN and health system dynamics
- Experience in neurology, Alzheimer’s Disease, specialty therapeutics, or site-of-care models preferred
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills

The Health System Account Executive (HSAE) is responsible for driving strategic engagement and execution within assigned Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and community-based hospitals.
