As a Senior Application Engineer on our IT Team, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing solutions that help us meet our business objectives with Xactly. We’re seeking a candidate who possesses strong technical expertise and enjoys working collaboratively, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience, specifically with data pipelines, transformations, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA
- Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries, alongside familiarity with ETL concepts and flat-file/SFTP data exchange patterns
- Experience with source system integrations such as SFDC, Workday, NetSuite, or similar CRM/HCM/ERP platforms
- Strong attention to detail, recognizing that errors in comp data have a direct pay impact
- Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component
