About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. In this role you will work closely with the General Counsel in the corporate legal function, with a primary focus on M&A, strategic investments, financings, global expansion and overall public readiness. This role will work closely with Finance, People, and other teams around acquisition structure and post-acquisition integration, the company's fundraising and equity programs.
