About the role
Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across QSR, grocery and retail, CPG, and travel and airlines to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in both customer facing and internal agentic workflows, such as customer care, qualification and bookings, helpdesk, learning and development, brand voice across marketing and localization and many more. What they're looking for
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines) is a strong plus
- Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, marketing and brand), and translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and unique requirements for success, and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively as a cross functional partner
