About the role
You will help build and scale the next phase of ElevenLabs’ partner ecosystem. Build the ElevenLabs Partner Marketplace. Create a destination where customers can discover agents, applications, integrations and services built by our ecosystem, and where developers and partners can showcase and distribute what they build.

- Develop AI-powered experiences that help partners onboard, learn, activate and grow with ElevenLabs
- Use partner and product signals to deliver relevant enablement, recommendations, campaigns, incentives and opportunities at scale
- Identify areas where automation can make partner engagement faster, more personalized and more effective
- You are a builder who enjoys taking ambiguous, early-stage problems and turning them into scalable products and programs
- You have experience building marketplaces, developer ecosystems, PLG or platform businesses and the dynamics that make them successful
- You think about partnerships through a product, growth and customer lens
