About the role
As a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team, you'll help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI: taking our future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that centers on strategic execution, with real influence over the product and the motion around it.
What they're looking for
- We’re looking for founder-minded leaders who take pride in getting complex enterprise deployments live and keeping them healthy. You likely have:
- 3–5 years running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs, for example implementation and delivery roles at enterprise SaaS companies, technology consulting, or systems integration
- Demonstrated track record of taking enterprise deployments live: you can speak to specific implementations you’ve owned, the obstacles you hit, and how you got to launch
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background
- Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with strong judgement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client facing setting
