About the role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Operations Engineer to lead high-impact, strategic, technical projects that will drive the operational scalability of the organization as we rapidly grow. This role will operate at the intersection of technology and business strategy and serve as a critical bridge across functional areas, including our Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.

- 3+ years of experience building and scaling technical solutions, including proficiency in Python
- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles
- Experience working cross-functionally across stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, including ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
- Startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pragmatism in building and shipping technical solutions
- Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance
