About the role
As a Solutions Engineer at EliseAI, you will be integral to our product launch and support processes. You will work closely with clients, support engineers, and customer success managers to ensure smooth product implementations and troubleshooting. Your role involves developing launch tools, understanding product functionalities in-depth, and providing training and escalation support. Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product area and requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet and engage with prospective clients
- Strong understanding of product development and launch processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
