About the role
As the VP of Growth, you will own the end to end development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy that drives new business acquisition and fuels growth in existing accounts. You will be a key leader in building out the next growth engine as we continue to scale the business. What they're looking for
- 6+ years of B2B software experience in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record in demand-gen, content, and event marketing
- Proven track record of building GTM marketing functions from the ground up while driving significant growth, ideally helping a hyper-growth startup scale to $500M+ ARR
- Experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS markets (e.g., real estate, healthcare, construction) strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing automation, attribution, and analytics frameworks
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs with long sales cycle
- Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week
