About the role
We're looking for a Legal Secretary to serve as the operational engine and a key contributor to our Legal team. This is a high-impact role, working with a legal team that interacts with every part of the company. You'll work directly with the Head of Legal & Policy across a variety of matters, serving as a key contact, responding to requests from business partners and counterparties, and managing complex and growing activities.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, or legal operations coordinator, in a law firm practice group or in-house legal department
- Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks, processes, and activities, experience maintaining contract repositories and providing administrative support across commercial activities
- Experience with contract administration and e-signature platforms
- Adept in executive and administrative support
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and judgment handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with executives, regulators, and outside counsel
