What they're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
