The person responsible for the end-to-end operation of Endeavor Saudi community events will: Support the planning and execution of Endeavor Saudi's full event calendar; including global events, entrepreneur retreats, ecosystem events, networking dinners, workshops, and gatherings. What they're looking for
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related fields (internships, volunteer roles, university event planning, or hospitality experience count)
- Solid understanding of event planning fundamentals — logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site management
- Experience or strong aptitude for sourcing vendors, negotiating terms, and managing supplier relationships
- Strong eye for visual composition, ambiance, and experience design, ability to curate environments that impress and inspire
- Comfortable directing external teams and managing guest flow, remains calm and effective under pressure
- Basic proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and Notion (or similar)
