- Experience. 3-5+ years in consulting, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy, entrepreneurial ecosystems, or scale-up environments
- Business acumen. Strong judgment and the ability to quickly understand different business models, industries, and growth challenges
- Reasoning ability. Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Track record. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with founders, executives, investors, or senior stakeholders
- Ownership. High level of ownership, curiosity, and initiative
- Execution. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

You'll know their businesses cold – the model, the growth levers, the bottlenecks – and you'll bring the full weight of a 3,000-entrepreneur, 50-market network to bear on their hardest problems, whether that's a Series C raise, a US market entry or a pricing overhaul.
Success here isn't measured in activity. It's measured in the trust founders place in you and the outcomes you help them reach. We're looking for someone with real business firepower – the kind of person who has spent years in top-tier consulting, VC, PE, or a senior operating seat, and who can be a genuine thought partner to a unicorn founder rather than a note-taker.
