About the role
In this role, you will manage our People Ops team (a Recruiter and a People Ops Administrator), oversee core HR functions, ensure global compliance, and execute several high-impact annual milestones. The ideal candidate thrives in a fully remote, international team, possesses strong project management and communication skills, and brings a hands-on approach to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR execution.

- Experience: 7+ years of progressive People Operations/HR Generalist experience, with prior experience managing direct reports
- Global & Remote Expertise: Proven experience in a fully remote, distributed, and global team environment (~75+ employees)
- Compensation & Insurance: Demonstrated experience running an annual compensation cycle, rewards programs, and navigating business insurance renewals
- Event Oversight: Experience guiding high-level event planning or logistics (e.g., company retreats/summits)
- Leadership Style: Adaptable, highly organized, empathetic, and comfortable stepping into an established team to maintain momentum seamlessly
- Tools & Systems: Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms, global EOR tools (e.g., Deel), PEOs, and collaborative tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
