About the role
The Sr Marketing Operations Specialist is a marketing professional who will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing our marketing technology stack, executing campaigns, maintaining data hygiene, and ensuring smooth operational alignment across the marketing function.
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience)
- Demonstrated experience in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations
- Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content, including the ability to build and maintain scalable, reusable email modules
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io (or similar marketing automation platforms), proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, proven ability to take initiative and drive results independently
