Entegris is seeking a Senior Principal , Corporate Ventures to join our Entegris Ventures team.
In this role, you will drive the venture investment process across select mid-stage (Series A/B) startups spanning fund strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, risk assessment, partnership definition, deal execution, and portfolio management. You will focus on opportunities aligned with Entegris' materials science innovation culture, high-tech go-to-market channels, unit-driven business model, sustainability objectives, and PACE Values.
You will partner broadly across the organization from the Technology Innovation and ER&D teams as well as B usiness Development and new semi solutions, to identify, evaluate, and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities in select Semiconductor and Electronics market verticals, as well as in path-finding innovation within new application domains .
