About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring Epic's Source-to-Pay tools and processes work efficiently and effectively for every user, from business end users submitting a request to functional experts in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal, and Finance. You will be the business owner of Epic’s S2P technology ecosystem, including a mix of purchased and internally built tools.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in a procurement-focused role, with hands-on experience administering procurement/S2P systems as a subject matter expert or system administrator
- Experience building or delivering on enablement programs that help users adopt and effectively use business systems and processes
- Experience identifying and applying AI-driven capabilities within S2P systems and processes to reduce manual effort and improve speed, accuracy, and user experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or process details into clear, user-friendly guidance
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities with strong organization and problem-solving skills
