- Strong C++ skills and experience working in a large native codebase
- Experience building user-facing tools, editor features, and complex interactive workflows
- Experience building clients that interact with asynchronous or networked services
- Strong understanding of parallelism, networking, latency, and failure handling
- Strong eye for user experience and how technical behavior affects creator workflows
- Experience working closely with Product, UX, and engineering teams to ship features
