Equip Health is seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development Representative to join our Patient Acquisition team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in discovering and building out relationships with providers with the goal of acquiring patient referrals to Equip. This position offers a unique opportunity for autonomy and influence in a mission-driven, fast-growth environment.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Entry-level, 1+ years sales/success experience preferred, ideally within healthcare
- Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills with an authentic, consultative style
- Exceptional organization and time management, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- High coachability, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset when managing rejection during high-volume outreach
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset to measure and refine outreach
