The Director of Business Operations will be responsible for leading the strategic execution, operational cadence, and infrastructure across Equip’s Care Operations function. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a related field within a healthcare or high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, including analysts or project managers, and driving team performance
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end strategic project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience writing and utilizing SQL to query complex datasets and translate operational data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to design, pilot, and implement scalable operational processes across cross-functional teams
