We’re hiring a remote Manager, National Account Coordinators at our rental facility in Dallas, TX, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous management experience.

Lead, mentor, and manage the daily performance of the National Account Coordinator team.

Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the coordinator team.

Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
