About the role
As a Hardware Manager in our Systems Engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering complex systems, taking them from concept design to production. These hardware designs incorporate high-speed optical and electrical I/O, ASICs, Processors, FPGAs and connectors on high-speed PCBs and Power delivery. The overall system enclosure may also include cabling and cooling sub-systems.

- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in system-level development
- Outstanding knowledge of hardware design process and design practices
- A track record of delivering high-speed products from concept to production
- Good understanding of high-speed design and signal & power integrity considerations
- Prior experience in Project or Program Management

As a Hardware Manager in our Systems Engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering complex systems, taking them from concept design to production. The overall system enclosure may also include cabling and cooling sub-systems.
Your responsibilities include managing all phases of the system and electrical development, including definition, simulation, design, qualification and product release. To deliver these systems, you will collaborate with product management, architecture, ASIC, software and ODM/JDM teams. This is an exciting position that requires deep knowledge, excellent development methodology and strong people & communication skills.
- Work cross-functionally to turn high-level requirements into detailed Hardware Specifications
- Oversee the hardware development including schematic entry, layout and design reviews
- Oversee Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analysis
