About the role
As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic Esri customers, helping them design, implement, optimize, and evolve enterprise geospatial systems that support critical business operations. Working at the intersection of GIS, enterprise IT, cloud technologies, and emerging capabilities such as AI-enabled workflows, you will help organizations maximize the value of their ArcGIS investments and accelerate adoption of innovative solutions.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience in GIS technical support, system administration, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role
- 3+ years of professional experience with ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, configuration, administration, and enterprise GIS best practices
- Proven experience working with enterprise geodatabases, data management workflows, and database administration concepts
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, evaluate technical solutions, and deliver successful outcomes within enterprise environments
- Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence technical direction and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly, including cloud and AI-enabled capabilities, and apply them to customer challenges
