What they're looking for
- Strong analytical skills across Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and/or Python
- High EQ, low ego, and a willingness to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Ability to take analytics beyond dashboarding and translate prototypes into scalable, maintainable systems
- Exceptional ability to communicate analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in talent, people analytics, management consulting, strategy & operations, or another high-intensity operating environment

You’ll report directly to the Head of Talent and help build the operating infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling teams in technology. You’ll develop models and analytics that inform how we allocate recruiting resources, measure talent density, and make hiring decisions.
