About the role

Director - Portfolio Management
As a Director of Portfolio Management, you’ll be driving strategic growth of the Investments team by leading key initiatives and shaping investment direction. You’ll be a key member on an investment team dedicated to achieving world-class standards. More specifically you'll:
- Lead and oversee portfolio management and operations across long-only, long-short equity, and multi-factor strategies.
- Play a central role onboarding and managing systematic long short equity portfolios.
- Support the design and implementation of UMH tax strategy
- Collaborate with Investment Strategy and Research to evaluate risk exposures, factor performance, and turnover.
- Partner with Investment Operations to solve complex custodian integrations and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to elevate client engagement and build scalable, repeatable operational frameworks
