- Customer Solution Development: Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge and requirements into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and integrations
- Customer Engagement & Enablement: Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities, validate use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive successful adoption
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments
- Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact
