About the role
Growth is the largest piece of Eve's market by raw firm count, the engine of how Eve scales. Fast cycles, real outbound, real volume, the highest-velocity AE org at the company. We're hiring a Sales Manager to run our East Coast Growth team and own that engine.
What they're looking for
- Carried a bag at this level, hit the number, and remember what it actually takes, especially in a fast-cycle high-activity seat
- Two to three years of AE management in a high-growth environment, ideally including a team running on real outbound
- Real opinions about how to coach a deal, how to read a forecast, how to spot a rep who's hiding, and how to keep activity honest without micromanaging
- Real fluency with AI tools in your own work
- Legal tech is a plus, not a requirement
- Remote, ideally based in a Eastern Time Zone
