About the role
You'll take end-to-end ownership of product design for Everlaw's platform, turning complex, high-stakes legal workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences. Partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering, you'll transform ambiguous problem spaces into elegant solutions that empower legal teams to navigate critical evidence with confidence. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

Design AI-powered experiences that enable legal and investigative teams to navigate complex document review workflows and accelerate insight generation.
Translate complex, unstructured problems into scalable, intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Partner closely with Product Management and User Research to inform strategic decisions, prioritization, and product roadmap planning.
Collaborate with Engineering to deliver polished visual and interaction designs that communicate hierarchy, intent, and platform capabilities.
Contribute to and evangelize Bluebook, Everlaw’s design system, while raising the quality bar through thoughtful design...
