- 3+ years professional system administration experience
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of Unix administration (Linux-specific preferred)
- Candidate should be investigative and curious, always looking to find the root cause of a problem and make changes to prevent the problem’s recurrence
- Comfortable at the command line in addition to a GUI or web interface
- Some scripting knowledge is necessary (e.g., shell, Perl, Python, Ruby). Additional programming experience is a huge benefit, the more varied the better

Role and Responsibilities
Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to develop, maintain, and improve our ability to quickly respond to changing company priorities without sacrificing system stability or security.
