About the role

What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or video production — agency, brand-side, or creator background all welcome
- Confident on camera
- A strong portfolio of short-form video work across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) with a sharp instinct for pacing, hooks, and storytelling
- A native understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform on each one
- Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and content calendars without dropping the ball
