We’re looking for a deeply technical, intellectually curious leader and change agent who can challenge the status quo, develop strong teams and technical leaders, and evolve how we approach reliability across our trading platforms.
What they're looking for
- Lead and develop the SRE organization across Equities and Options
- Define and drive our strategy for reliability, observability, automation, incident management, capacity, and performance
- Partner with Core Development, Network Engineering, Market Operations, and Platform Engineering, as well as business and regulatory stakeholders to operate highly reliable, performance-sensitive trading systems
- Develop tooling, including CLI tools used to support our production systems
- Develop engineers and technical leads while creating common standards and best practices across teams
- Remain technically engaged and help teams troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, hardware, and networks

We’re looking for a deeply technical, intellectually curious leader and change agent who can challenge the status quo, develop strong teams and technical leaders, and evolve how we approach reliability across our trading platforms.
This person will be responsible for the reliability and operational excellence of our production environments while helping define a scalable SRE model across asset classes. Direct exchange experience is a plus, but we are open to leaders who have owned sophisticated large-scale, complex, production engineering environments.
