- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, accurate, and thoroughly sourced written assessments
- Sound judgment and close attention to detail when working with complex, incomplete, or sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and consistently deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex findings to customer stakeholders
- Comfort learning and using new databases, research tools, and AI-enabled technology
